What’s your minimum order quantity for custom t-shirts?
There are no minumums! While larger orders qualify for better pricing, small quantities still receive the same quality and attention to detail.

How long does it take to complete a custom t-shirt order?
Standard orders typically take 7-10 business days from design approval to pickup. Rush services are available for urgent deadlines, with some orders possible in 2-3 days depending on complexity and quantity.

Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?
Yes! Pricing decreases significantly as quantities increase. Orders of 12+ shirts receive substantial discounts, with even better pricing available for orders over 100 pieces.

What file formats do you need for custom designs?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) work best for logos and text. High-resolution PNG or JPG files (300 DPI minimum) also work well. Don’t have the right format? Our support team can help convert or recreate your artwork.

Do you handle the design work if I just have an idea?
Yes! Design consultation services help transform concepts into professional artwork. Whether you have a rough sketch, text idea, or just a vision, professional design support brings your ideas to life.

What printing methods do you use?
Different printing methods suit different needs. Screen printing works great for large orders and simple designs, while DFT printing handles complex, full-color graphics beautifully. The best method depends on your specific project requirements.

Can you print on both the front and back of shirts?
Dual-side printing is definitely available. Front and back designs, sleeve printing, and pocket designs all work well. Additional locations may affect pricing, but they create more comprehensive custom looks.

What’s your policy if I’m not satisfied with the final product?
Customer satisfaction is the top priority. If shirts don’t meet agreed-upon specifications, corrections are made at no charge.
